We have learned subsequently that the attacks of that day were only the First Wave. Terrorism today has been weaponized, due primarily to the proliferation of modern technology, including weapons of mass destruction. Our worst enemies have attained GLOBAL REACH. Iraq is essential to America’s long-term victory over tyrant-backed terrorism, both secular and Islamist.
